RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

We are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with. For health reasons, any used products will not be accepted as an exchange or return. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients. If the security seal is broken, your hair extensions will not qualify for a return or exchange. All money back returns will incur a 15% restocking / processing fee.  All color exchanges are FREE, just pay to re-ship!

 

For any return, exchange or product credit:

 

Product(s) must be:

 

  • Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of of the date of the original shipment.

 

  • The item(s) must be in the original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, with security seal attached) and in original packaging.

 

  • Odor-Free (Any odors on the product will render the product ineligible for exchange).

 

  • All items will be inspected to confirm their eligibility for an exchange or return.

 

Products must not be:

 

Clearance items, discontinued items, liquids or special order items.

If your product is ineligible for exchange or return, we will return the item(s) to you at your cost.

 

How to initiate a return or exchange:

 

  • All returns / exchanges must be made within 14 days of the date of the original shipment.

 

  • Please email us here with your return / exchange request before reshipping. We will provide you with your required  RMA # to send with your package.

 

  • Print out this return / exchange form – fill it out completely with your RMA # that was provided to you.

 

  • You are responsible for all shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return / exchange back with a tracking number and/or shipping insurance as MissTress Hair Extensions will not be held responsible for lost returns.

 

  • If your order is shipping back internationally, please indicate on package “RETURN, NO DUTIES” or your package will be returned to you.

 

  • If your order is eligible for a return and you request money back, a refund for the merchandise minus a 15% restocking / processing fee will be issued to your original payment method after we have received and inspected the returned merchandise. Please allow 10-14 business days for your refund to completely process.

 

  • * Please note that returning merchandise without contacting us will be denied.

 

  • * Original shipping fees will not be credited back for returns / exchanges.
 

How to Exchange for a different color:

We understand color swatch images can not provide an exact representation of color every time. To provide the best customer experience, we offer FREE color exchanges. We will waive all fees associated with your eligible exchange. You just need to pay for shipping. We recommend shipping your item back with with a tracking number and/or shipping insurance as MissTress Hair Extensions will not be held responsible for lost returns. How to expedite my exchange order?

 

Need your exchange product pronto? Contact Us first then place a new order online. We will ship your new product without delay if you agree to have the new purchase charged to your credit card or paypal account. When we receive and process the eligible returned product, we’ll issue a refund without restocking fees. Product must be eligible for exchange. see return / exchange policy

 

When will I receive my refund?

 

We find that we have very low return rates and we are proud of the high quality hair extensions that we offer.
