SHIPPING POLICY

All prices on the website exclude $5.00 Flat Rate standard domestic shipping.

 

We also offer 2-3 business day priority and 1-2 express priority.

 

Your MissTress Hair Extensions are shipped from our facility in Boca Raton, Florida. It takes up to 48 hours to process and ship your order.(This means if you order on Monday your order will ship out on Tuesday or Wednesday)

 

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow up to 2 business days for orders to process.

 

Please note, we do not guarantee any delivery time on any orders. The time it takes to receive items includes Processing + Shipping + Transit time. For example, choosing a Overnight Shipping service does not guarantee you will receive your package the day after you place your order. All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 2 business days or sooner.

 

Tracking Your Order:

 

After successfully completing an order and your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed . You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped which will include your tracking number. You can track your package at www.usps.com

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 – 4 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

For the cardholder’s protection, the company reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if a differing shipping address cannot be verified.

 

Please note: We cannot ship via a traceable method to any post office boxes. Delivery time cannot be guaranteed nor can the package be tracked. We encourage all deliveries be made to a physical address so packages can be tracked.

 

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ON REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.

 

DELIVERY GUARANTEES: Miss Tress Hair Extensions is not liable for missing packages at the final destination AFTER delivery. If you have doubts about the safety of your mailbox, please request Signature Confirmation. We will not re-ship lost items if the shipment is declared “delivered” by the US Postal System.

 

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER: It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. Orders are shipped within 48 hours, and address changes cannot be made after your order has been placed. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

 

*NOTE: We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it takes 1-2 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS). We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times, please choose other priorities at your own discretion.

All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking states the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact USPS to resolve this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages if the parcel is declared “delivered” by the US Postal System.

*International customers (outside of US) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country.

 

NOTE: On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 4-6 weeks. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination country’s customs clearance processes.
