TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We at MissTress Hair pride ourselves with with the highest level customer service and satisfaction. In the rare instance that you may feel dissatisfied with our products and need to request a return or exchange please refer to our policies below.

 

SHIPPING POLICIES:

 

Please note, we do not guarantee any delivery time on any orders. The time it takes to receive items includes Processing + Shipping Transit time. For example, choosing a Overnight Shipping service does not guarantee you will receive it the day after you place your order.

 

All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 2 business days or sooner.

 

International orders and orders shipped to an air force base are not guaranteed. They take typically longer then stated transit times. Please check with www.usps.com for shipping/delivery times according to your zip code.

 

We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for any International deliveries.

 

We do not not Ship on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. After successfully completing an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking information.

 

For the cardholder’s protection, the company reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if a differing shipping address cannot be verified.

 

Please note: we cannot ship via a traceable method to any post office boxes. Delivery time cannot be guaranteed nor can the package be tracked. We encourage all deliveries be made to a physical address so packages can be tracked. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ON REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.

 

MissTress Hair is not liable for missing packages at the final destination after delivery. If you have doubts about the safety of your mailbox, please request Signature Confirmation in the comments field. We will not re-ship lost items if the shipment is declared “delivered” by the US Postal System.

CANCELLATION FEES:

 

For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address, refusal upon delivery, or cancelation after 24 hours of placing order; will incur a 20% cancelation fee. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

 

ERRORS/DELAYS:

 

Mistakes and delays sometimes occur and we will do our best to correct them. In the rare instance a shipment has been lost, or delayed (due to weather and other factors) please contact customer service within 3 business days of the date of the estimated delivery date and a claim will be filed with the responsible carrier. Please order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays.

 

COLOR MATCH:

 

Color charts and swatch pictures can be used as a guide only as the color quality may vary depending on your monitor’s resolution; therefore, always check the item’s color availability. Keep in mind, when dealing with 100% real human hair, colors may vary slightly from batch to batch.

 

DISCOUNTS:

 

Discounts and coupons are limited to one per order. Certain restrictions may apply, please check the promotion for further details.

 

FRAUD AND THEFT:

 

MissTress Hair Extensions has a zero tolerance to fraud and theft. Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted. Any attempts of fraudulent charges will be reported immediately.

 

IMPORTANT FEDERAL LAW:

 

Due to important federal laws and health regulations, we adhere to a strict policy with regards to exchanging merchandise. All items sent to us for exchange will be inspected thoroughly. IF THE ITEM IS REMOVED FROM THE BUNDLE AND USED IN ANY VISIBLE MANNER, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY EXCHANGES for the merchandise. This includes combing, brushing, washing, dying, curling, braiding, spraying, wearing, etc. If such an item is returned to us, the item will be held for 10 days pending the product inspection and required payment of shipping fees to have the items re-shipped to you or discarded.

 

POLICY CHANGES:

 

MissTress Hair Extensions reserves the right at its discretion to make changes to these policies. Customers are required to check our site for periodic changes.
